Ingredients

    2 full boneless chicken breast, no skin
    1/4 cup course ground mustard
    2 Tbsp Honey Mustard
    2 Tbsp Honey

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 9x13" baking dish with Pam. Mix honey and mustards in a small bowl and spread on both sides of chicken breasts. Bake uncovered 30-35 minutes or until juices run clear when chicken is cut.

Great served with broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes (not included in nutritionals)

    Very good & moist. Served with brown basmati rice (cooked in veggie broth, curry & thyme, with a wee bit of agave syrup) & steamed peas. A tasty winter meal!

    This recipe was easy to make and tasted great. I cut the chicken breast into strips and then put the honey mustard mix on befroe baking. Served with rice and broccoli. - 2/15/10
