Introduction

Light chicken salad made with greek yogurt, fruit, and almonds. Light chicken salad made with greek yogurt, fruit, and almonds.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    4 ounces of chicken breast, cooked and cubed
    1/2 cup Fresh Apple cubed
    1/3 cup crasins
    1/4 cup raw almond (choped, slivered, sliced, your choice)
    1 container Oikos Greek yogurt, plain
    1 TBSP Lite mayo
    1/2 tsp Soy Sauce

Directions

Mix all ingredients together, Enjoy!!
Eat alone or spread onto wheat bread, pita bread, or whole wheat wrap.

Makes 3, 1/2-cup servings

    Very Good
    This was my first SP recipe! I used cashews instead of almonds and fresh grapes instead of craisins. It was a little too much yogurt for me, but I loved it =) thanks! - 5/16/10
