Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 lb. ground pork
    1/2 cup brown rice
    1/4 cup garlic, minced
    oregano, chopped 2 tsp
    parsley, 2 tsp chopped
    1 egg
    1 cup chopped fresh asparagus
    2 cup Zucchini, sliced
    1/2 cup tomato, chopped
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    2 large potatos, cubed
    1/2 cup Parsnips, sliced
    Knorr Caldo De Tomate bouillian, 5 Tsp
    Wyler's Chicken Bouillian cubes, 5 cubes
    10 cup water

Directions

Heat water to boiling and add bouillian. If bland add more to taste. In seperate bowl mix ground turkey and ground pork, add chopped parsley, garlic, oregano, egg and rice. Blend well and roll inti 1-2 inch meatballs, drop gently into low boiling boullian. Chop all remaining ingredients and add to soup base. let simmer for approx 30 minutes or until veggies are cooked through. Serve 1 cup servings with chopped Cilantro and a squeeze of fresh lime juice on top.
