Introduction

Eaten with Indian food, it's a nice contrast to spicy entrees. I change the ingredients just about everytime I make it, but these are the consistent ingredients that I use. Eaten with Indian food, it's a nice contrast to spicy entrees. I change the ingredients just about everytime I make it, but these are the consistent ingredients that I use.

Ingredients

    8 oz Greek yogurt (full fat)
    2 tsp butter, clarified
    2 packets equal or other sweetener, honey if you are not LC
    1 tsp fennugreek seeds
    1 tsp mustard seeds
    1 tsp caraway seeds

Directions

Take yogurt and sweeter and mix together. Refrigerate.

Heat clarified butter and add spices. Cook until spices are browned.

Take entire butter mixture and pour on top of yogurt. Serve with spicy entree
