Ingredients

    1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
    1 tsp lemon juice
    3 tbsp honey
    1 tbsp balsalmic vinegar
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 tsp poppy seeds

Directions

Whisk all ingredients in small bowl until well mixed. Chill
Better when left to sit several hours.
