    1 chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic mashed
    2 eggs beaten
    1 cup tomato sauce
    12 ounces cooked cubed or shredded chicken breast
    1 onion sliced

Directions

salt and drain diced eggplant Saute onion and garlic. Combine with other ingredients . Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
