Ingredients

    10 small potatoes-boiled
    2 cups baby carrots-boiled
    1 can green beans
    1 can peas
    1 can corn
    1 can creamed corn
    1 box beef broth-fat free
    1 can beef gravy-light or fat free
    2 tbsp dried minced onions
    sea salt to taste
    black peper to taste
    Water from carrots and potatoes boiling

Directions

Boil potatoes and carrots until slightly soft.
Add water from pot and all other ingrediants to slow cooker
Cook on low for 6-8 hours
