Ingredients

    4 Small Potatoes-Peeled and Diced
    2-tsps Margarine
    1-tsp Salt
    1/4 Cup Skim Milk
    1-10oz Package Frozen Chopped Broccoli
    1/4 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese (About 1-Oz)

Directions

1) Cook, drain, and mash potatoes with margarine, salt and milk
2) Preheat oven to 350 degrees
3) Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain well. Fold into mashed potatoes.
4) Put into casserole sprayed with vegetable pan spray. Sprinkle with cheese
5) Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese melts
