Introduction
I modified another users recipe to add cracked wheat and chocolate chips. The result was fantastic!!! This recipe makes 2 loaves. Enough to freeze or share with friends. Ingredients

Butter, salted, 1 cup (remove)
Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed (remove)
Granulated Sugar, 1 cup (remove)
Egg, fresh, 4 large (remove)
*Flour, white, 2 cup (remove)
Cracked Wheat, 1 cup (remove)
Vanilla Extract, 2 tbsp (remove)
Banana, fresh, 2 cup, mashed (remove)
Baking Soda, 2 tsp (remove)
Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
Buttermilk, lowfat, .5 cup (remove)
Semisweet chocolate, 1 cup chips (6 oz package) (remove)
Directions
Grease 2 loaf pans and set aside.
Using a mixer:
Cream butter and sugars together.
Add eggs and vanilla extract, continue mixing.
Add buttermilk and bananas and mix until combined.
Add all the dry ingredients except for the chocolate chips and mix until fully incorporated.
Add chocolate chips and fold in.
Pour batter into two greased loaf pans.
Bake at a 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Makes 28 servings.
