Introduction

This a quick frozen breakfast. My kids love it and I get lots of fruit in them to start the day! This a quick frozen breakfast. My kids love it and I get lots of fruit in them to start the day!

Ingredients

    1 med banana
    1/2 each frozen blueberries, strawberries, peaches
    1/2 orange juice
    1/2 skim milk
    1/2 cup vanilla yogurt

Directions

This makes one large smoothie or two smaller ones.
I use a magic bullet and just serve it right out of the cup.
The important thing is to use frozen fruit as it makes it a thick consistency. You can always add more skim milk to thin it. My kids love this for breakfast.
