Ingredients

1 package of boneless, skinless chicken breasts (aprox. 3 pieces per package)
2 packages of frozen spinach - if using fresh you will need to add water
Aprox 3 tsp of Minced Garlic (more or less to taste)
Aprox 3 tsp Worcestershire Sauce (more or less to taste)
1/2 tsp of paprika
a dash or two of Adobo Seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Make sure you have a deep skillet with a lid to make this dish
Add olive oil, mince garlic and frozen spinach to skillet and put over medium heat
cube chicken into bite sized pieces, trimming away the extra fat
once the frozen spinach mostly cooked through (if you are using the boxed frozen spinach it should no longer be in a box shape) add the chicken, Worcestershire sauce, paprika and adobo.
Stir occasionally for several minutes.
put the lid on the skillet and lower the heat to low. simmer like this for 20-25 minutes stirring occasionally until chicken is cooked through.
Make rice according to box directions
Serve over rice - makes 4 servings
