Ingredients

    per person:
    .7 cup cubed Roasted Butternut squash
    1/2 cup coconut milk, canned
    1 Tablespoon onion, chopped & steamed
    1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 cup water

Directions

Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor, whirr until smooth, pushing food down & stirring occasionally as needed. More water may be added if desired. Pour into microwave safe cup & heat to serve.
