Introduction

Omelet in a mug! Just enough meat and protein to start the day and fill full for most of the morning. Omelet in a mug! Just enough meat and protein to start the day and fill full for most of the morning.

Ingredients

    use any sodium free seasoning
    add veggies if you want like green peppers and tomatoes
    any egg substitute brand or egg whites
    You must use NON-STICK Cooking spray!!

Directions

Make (1) cup in a large or tall mug.
Spray mug w/ non-stick cooking spray. (I use an olive oil version)
Pour about 1/4 cup of egg substitute in mug.
Add Cheese.
Add Mrs. Dash.
Then any vegetables you wish or none.
add about 4 tbsp. more of egg substitute.

Heat on high for 3 minutes.
It will rise out of the cup its ok, it will go back down.
Take a fork and mix/stir.
Heat again for 2 min.

and wallah! presto!
