Introduction

Substitute your favorite beans (black, kidney, pinto, garbanzo, etc). Add fat free chicken breast tenders if desired. Ingredients

    1 can Pinto Beans
    1 can Kidney Beans
    1 can Diced Tomatoes
    1 12 oz can Tomato Juice
    1 4 oz can Fire RoastedDiced Chiles
    1 cup sweet corn
    1 cup Salsa
    1 tsp Chili Powder
    1/8 tsp Black Pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in crockpot and cook at least 4 hours on high or up to 10 hours on low.

(rinse canned beans before adding for lower sodium)

Makes 6 1.5 cup servings
