Ingredients

1 cup honey
2 eggs
1 cup applesauce
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoon flax seeds
3 cups rolled oats
1-1/2 cups whole quinoa flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Beat together applesauce, honey, egg, and vanilla until creamy. Add combined remaining ingredients; mix well.
3. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 to 12 minutes.
