Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    * Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed
    * Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 2 cup, thawed
    * Apples, fresh, 4 large (3-1/4" dia) (approx 2 per lb) * *Flour, white, 1/4 cup
    * Flour, whole grain, 1/4 cup
    * Almonds, 3/4 cup, chopped
    * *Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 3/4 cup
    * *Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 1/4 cup
    * I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Stick), 4 Tbsp (half stick)
    * *Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 1/4 cup

Directions

makes 12 servings.

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees; lightly spray 11x7 pan with Light cooking spray.

- Peel & coarsely chop apples, then toss into a 11x7 baking dish with strawberries & blueberries (fresh works wonderfully, if you have them). Sprinkle with a tablespoon of flour and Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking. Mix well.

Crisp topping:
- In a separate bowl, mix flours, chopped almonds (other nuts would work fine as well), oats, and Splenda Brown Sugar Blend for Baking. Then cube butter, and mix into bowl with hands until the topping is crumbly. Evenly coat top of pan with the crisp topping. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly and golden. If bubbling but topping is not golden, place under the broiler on Low for 2 minutes (just two minutes! I am horrible about walking away from my broiler & burning things. Don't forget!)
- Let cool & serve.
