    Rice Noodles, 113.4 grams
    Ketchup, Heinz, 4 tbsp
    Fish Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp
    Peanut Oil, 1 tbsp
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    Scallions, raw, 3 large
    Bean sprouts, 1 cup
    Peanuts, dry-roasted, 1 cup


Cook noodles as directed
Combine ketchup, fish sauce, and sugar in small bowl.
Heat 1 teaspoon of the peanut oil in a large nonstick skillet.
Add egg and cook for 2 minutes until set. Then transfer to a bowl and reserve
Add two teaspoons peanut oil to pan, add chicken and cook. Then add garlic.
Stir in the noodles cook until hot
Add ketchup mixture and cook tossing for 1 minute
Stir in the scallions and egg, remove from heat
Divide among 4 plates, garnish with bean sprouts and sprinkle with peanuts
