Ingredients

    6 oz boneless beef round steak
    4 oz light sour cream
    1 tbsp all-purpose flour
    1/2 tbsp tomato paste
    1 tsp worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp beef bouillon granules
    1/8 tsp dry thyme
    1/8 tsp dry mustard
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1/2 tbsp margarine
    2-1/2 tbsp water
    1 tbsp dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc)
    1 cup pasta, cooked

Directions

1. Partially Freeze meat. Trim fat from meat and thinly slice meat across he grain into bite size strips. Cook noodles according to Package.

2. In a small bowl stir together sour cream and flour. Stir in tomato paste, Worcestershire Sauce, Bouillon granules, thyme, dry, mustard, and pepper. Set aside.

3. In a large skillet cook mushrooms and onion in hot margarine until tender, remove from skillet.

4. Add beef to skillet. Cook 2-4 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet,

5. Add water and wine to skillet. Bring to boil, Stir in sour cream mixture. Return meat, mushrooms and onions to skillet. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook 1 minute more. Serve over noodles.
