Ingredients

    2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
    4 eggs
    1 c. 2% lowfat cottage cheese
    1 c. chopped onions
    10 oz. frozen broccoli, cooked & drained
    1 stick melted butter

Directions

Mix together and put in buttered 9x13 pan. Bake until brown at 350 degrees.
