Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 Large Eggs
    2 Tbsp. Milk (any percentage)
2 Tbsp Cheddar Cheese (you can have less or more)
    * Any preferred spices. I like to use Italian seasonings but it's all about personal preference.
You can also add various vegetables like peppers, green onions, tomato etc.!

Directions

First you want to get a microwavable bowl or mug.
You crack both eggs into the mug and beat them with a fork or whisk.
Add in the two tablespoons of milk and mix again.
Add your cheese, spices and veggies to the mix.
Cover the mug or bowl in seran wrap leaving about an inch uncovered.
Put this in the microwave for 2 minutes (add an extra 45 sec. per egg)
And voila! You may shred some extra cheese on top or add some more spices.

** The egg mix does inflate when it's cooking so make sure that your mug/bowl is large enough to fit the egg while it is inflated.

This would make about a cup of egg.
