Filling, delicious, but oh so low in fat and calories! Filling, delicious, but oh so low in fat and calories!
Number of Servings: 6


    3 baby Zucchini, baby cut into 6 equal pc's
    1 large onion, large dice
    12 large Mushrooms, whole, stem removed
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 1/2, large cut into 2" cubes
    1 cup Kraft Fat Free Italian


Skewer veggies evenly onto 6 kabob skewers, place on cookie sheet and baste well on all sides using dressing.
Put kababs on the BBQ and grill until done as desired. Baste while cooking using remaining dressing. Use up the dressing that dripped onto to the cookie sheet as well.

  • These were delicious! I made with some other veggies- cherry tomatoes, yellow squash, and green pepper instead of red. Basting in the Italian dressing is a great idea! - 5/16/10
