Introduction

I change a few ingredients to make it a bit healthier and also allergen free for our son. This is a great breakfast meal, or snack or dessert. EVERYONE loves it. You can use any fruit you like. Ingredients

    3 cups gluten free oats
    2 tsp baking powder
    2 tsp cinnamin
    1/2 cup agave syrup (or 1 cup sugar)
    1/2 cup butter
    1 cup milk (or almond milk/soy/...)
    2 lg. eggs
    1 med/lg apple diced
    3/4 cup blueberries
    1 tsp vanilla

Directions

Mix dry ingredients, then add in all others. Spray coat 8x8 baking pan. Pour mixture into pan. Bake at 350 for 35 -4 0 minutes. Serve warm/hot. Also makes a great dessert when you add some ice cream. :-) Enjoy!
