These can be stuffed with ANYTHING :) Also, after cooling you can layer w/wax paper and freeze in a big ziploc until you need them. They nuke really well.

I got this recipe from a book called American Wholefoods Cuisine and adapted it to lower fat ingredients.
A great way to have a light dinner with many different kinds of fillings. The honey would be if you wanted desert crepes. Leave out for savory or dinner crepes. This recipe is nice because you only have to let it sit for 15 minutes instead of like 30 to 60 before.Submitted by: SPAZWRITER
