I like to eat my heaviest meal of the day at breakfast instead of dinner. This will definitely give you plenty of energy to last you straight into lunch time. This is also great for a lazy weekend breakfast.
I like to wash my veggies when I get them and chop a few things up. This way when I am ready to juice I have a little bit already done. I get my juicer ready along with a glass measuring cup, and cutting board with knife. Remember to not go to fast and juice your softer things first. If you have too much juice keep it in a dark airtight container and try to drink it within 2 hours.
Saute chopped fresh spinach leaves, peppers, ham, onions and mushrooms in 1 T butter. Mix cheese with 1 T of flour. Beat eggs and milk together. Mix cheese mix and meat mixture together and put into a pie plate sprayed with Pam. Add egg mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minuets. Let stand for 5 minutes and then ENJOY!
