I have used full fat Danish Feta because it is creamy, but you could use low or no fat Feta if you wish.
I made this with left over grilled chicken breast. Although I made it with Greek Yogurt it came out rather runny. I would suggest experimenting with sour cream, cottage cheese, or a non-organic Greek yogurt
Mayonaise makes all the difference. I calculated the recipe both ways. Made with reduced fat mayo it has about 150 calories less per serving than if made with regular mayo. Yummy!
