Two of these sandwiches make a great breakfast! Less than 400 calories, high fiber and protein, low sodium, high potassium. I adapted this recipe from: http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-deta

Made with the pulp from the juicer after making carrot/apple juice. Yummy, juicy muffins.
This amazing quiche has the perfect flavor and texture that is great to serve to company and can be doubled or tripled if necessary.
These taste just like carrot muffins (without the carrot taste) Absolutely delicious, and was a hit with the whole family. If you want to sneak in a veggie, it's a yummy way to do it. These have a very rich tastes so one can fill you right up!
High in fat - higher in flavor - Chorizo and potatoes make the base of this variation of a brunch favorite!
I needed to make something with the purple cabbage that I was given, but I REALLY DON'T LIKE cabbage, especially the purple one. All I could think of was slaw. But I really wanted the Asian slaw my friend makes. I couldn't find the recipe, but I found one similar. So here is what I made up.
Hopefully it will end up being low in calories and fat, but I haven't calculated it yet. If it's not, it still tastes GREAT. And since I used a food processory, it may be purple, but I can't taste the cabbage at all!
This is from Deceptively Delicious. I made a few changes. My son can't have dairy so I eliminated the 1/2 cup of plain yogurt. And I felt that the chicken was enough protein and calories, so I also eliminated 2 egg whites (boiled).
Great change to your chicken! Got this recipe from a neighbor, so I'm not sure where it originated!

This is basically a big pancake. It can be served with any fresh fruit or and a sprinkle of powdered sugar instead of the applesauce.
Slaw as a salad- I just love it!
Also good to put with some simple romaine or iceberg lettuce salad... mix it in instead of a separate dressing!
