This amazing quiche has the perfect flavor and texture that is great to serve to company and can be doubled or tripled if necessary. This amazing quiche has the perfect flavor and texture that is great to serve to company and can be doubled or tripled if necessary.

Ingredients

    1 (10 oz) box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    1 (8 oz) carton fresh sliced mushrooms
    1 (9-inch) frozen deep dish piecrust
    1 medium onion, sliced
    4 eggs
    1 cup liquid non-dairy creamer
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Arrange broccoli and mushrooms in the piecrust. In a bowl, place the onion, eggs, creamer, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix to combine and pour over the veggies. Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes or until mixture is set. Serve warm and enjoy!

You can also double and triple the recipe.
