If you want a pretty health-conscious snack or side dish, pair with multigrain tortilla chips. Remember, you control how spicy it gets. Use no spicy chili peppers or get it as hot at as you want. I find serranos to cater my taste, but jalapenos, green or red chiles, or anything fresh will do!
