This is a simple to put together pasta dish for any night. Probably quicker than spaghetti, and more elegant. You can add other veggies for a fuller meal but we found that less is more. This would also be a great dish for company. Serve with freshly baked whole grain rolls/garlic bread and maybe a tomato and mozzarella salad. It's delicious. You can also make your own pesto sauce at home to cut down on some fat.
This pizza WAS slightly healthier BUT when I was making it there was only a little sprinkling of cheese I had never seen anything like it so instead of messing up my diet I thought I would account for the calories and make it the right way and its still not to bad for a big piece of pizza!
