I love tuna, and I love corn, so here we go! Great by itself, with crackers, in a sandwich, toasted open-faced with a slice of fat free cheese on top, or in a pita with lettuce, tomato, and a bit of red onion.

vegenaise instead of mayo; no meat
Still kind of fatty, but at least it is a good fat
