i used red cabbage cuase i thought it looked pretty but you can use green if you like. this cole slaw has half the fat and carbs of regular coleslaw and taste absolutley yummy.

In the early '70's my friend Sue introduced me to her Stuffed Cabbage Rolls. I've been craving them lately so I thought I'd try turning her recipe into a soup. It is packed with taste and nutrients, low in calories and cost and is very filling!
