This basic vinaigrette becomes fruity and fancy by adding fresh squeezed orange juice and goes perfectly with this fennel and mint salad. Using orange juice ups the flavor while using a bit less olive oil, making this vinagirette lower in fat than other versions. With nothing but balsamic vinegar, olive oil, orange juice, salt and pepper, this orange vinaigrette is vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free.
Put Cauliflower florets in food processor until crumbled. Microwave on high for 10 minutes do not add water. Wait until cool add salt and seasoning you like then add cheese and egg. Spread mixture onto Pizza pan and bake at 450 degrees until brown.
This soup is made using leftover roasted cauliflower and potatoes. It is creamy but still has a lot of texture.
