I got this recipe from a friend and make it all the time, it's so easy and delicious! We use no sugar added apple juice from our local farmers market.

You can make these puffier with more water and baking soda, but I just wanted a flat bread type one morning. I cut them up into tiny squares and served them along side some some cooked oat groats (healthier oatmeal) with a tad bit of peanut butter. Absolutely delicious!!!!
