Ingredients

    * 1 large egg
    * 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter, softened
    * 1/4-1/2 banana ( 1/4 if banana large, 1/2 if banana small and you can add more or less according to taste and desired consistency)
    * 2 tsp light coconut milk (any other milk will do)
    * 2 Tbsp natural unsweetened apple sauce
    * 1/4 scoop Alive protein powder
    * 1/2 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
    * 1/2 Tbsp raw cane sugar or one serving Sun Crystals
    * 1/4 cup filtered water (optional)

Directions

Crack an egg into a bowl and beat until even.
Add the flaxseed, peanut butter, coconut, protein powder, salt, and sugar. Mix until well blended and mash the banana into the mixture.

You can leave this recipe very thick like cookie dough, or you can start adding the coconut milk, apple sauce, and even water to make like a pudding or porridge.

Serve and enjoy!!! :)

Don't forget to use your favorite spices like nutmeg, cinnamon, clove, or use pumpkin spice/allspice. Adds great color and flavor without the added sugar!! :)

    How long do you cook it for? I'm not a fan of eating raw egg. - 12/1/10

    I didn't even remember I had this recipe on here lol...but if you cook it I would say maybe bake it for about 5 min or so at 350...or just don't put the egg in there and use some other wet ingredient to hold it together...like applesauce and then omit the sugar! You can just get creative with it :)
