I use this instead of jam or as an addition to plain yogurt. If you're going sugar free you can add sweetener instead of the sugar.

This is a loose recipe that you can adjust according to your tastes. The weather is starting to cool down and I was craving oatmeal so I came up with this idea. The flax thickens up a bit---not quite like oatmeal, but it definitely did the trick.
This is not going to be a sweet muffin like you're used to. To me it tasted almost like an unsweetened corn bread muffin, but with a slight peanut butter taste.
This is really, really delicious, is a healthy breakfast, and satisfies chocolate and sweet tooth cravings all in one. What's not to love?

I love Panera's Egg Souffle but it is very high in calories. It's 16 PointsPlus for Weight Watchers. This recipe tastes much like Panera's. I'm going to try the recipe with Phyllo Dough and maybe shave off more calories.
