I got the basics of this recipe from the back of the Lite and Fit yogurt container. I make changes to the yogurt flavor and the frozen fruit all of the time to change it up but the basic recipe is still the same. I always use unsweetened frozen fruit. Sometimes I will add a banana to thicken it up also. Try your own variations and enjoy.
This is a thick blender creation packed with almonds and oats, sweetened with banana and cinnamon... and nothing else!

Coconut milk in recipe is actually one 14 oz coconut cream. Had to adjust to get right nutrition info
I make these with the left over whey from making farmer's cheese, but you can substitute buttermilk or sour milk.
mix dry ingredients, blend in 2T butter until course meal. add 1/2 c milk and 1 egg. spread in 9X9 or round layer cake pan. blend flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and 1T butter for topping. spinkle topping on batter. bake at 400 25 mins.
Easy recipe to adapt a packaged mix. Great for that last banana that always gets over ripe.
It's still in the crockpot, but dannng it smells good. I combined a few different recipes to fit the ingredients I had. Very sweet!
