I used this as a base and added in raisins or chocolate chips, or whatever I had in my pantry! Comes out less dense than most banana breads.
These muffins taste very similar to cornbread, and you can use different add-ins than what I've used here.
This is a two part recipes. Dipping sauce is NOT added in.
1 tbsp dark vinegar
3 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp chili sauce
1 tbsp chives
1/2 tsp soy sauce
heat over low heat 1-2 min
Fast & Easy soup is good for lunch or anytime. The potatoes thicken the soup without the heavy cream.
These are great with sugar-free or reduced sugar jam, jelly or lemon curd. You could also add 1/2 cup berries or mini chocolate chips to the mix if you wish.
Schmidt Old Tyme 647 Italian bread works best with this recipe. Two slices with this bread has 13 net carbs.
This casserole assembles quickly, especially if bacon is cooked the night before.
