I've been making pancakes based on an IHOP copycat recipe for several years, and I've experimented quite a bit to improve the healthfulness. These are packed with fiber, omega-3s, and protein but are still relatively low-cal. They're my favorite weekend brunch - hope you like 'em.

This recipe was my grandma's and is a great way to use extra zuccini from the garden. To make it with less fat content use turkey bacon. Cut it into serving size and freeze, a great way to have a meal ready any time.
The Best Onion Soup. We make a very large amount and we freeze for use later. Freezes well and makes for a super easy meal on a cold day.

3/4 cup lukewarm milk (nonfat)

use whole wheat flour, unsalted butter, 100% maple syrup
I adjusted the recipe found on the back of the bisquick box by adding honey and cinnamon and it made them turn out really great.
Frittatas, or baked omelets, are easy, delicious and nutritious, and they can be adapted to almost any dietary needs or specific tastes with a quick swap of mix-ins. I chose to roast some green beans, fry up some turkey bacon and shred some smoked Gouda for this one. Yum! (I listed the frittata as vegetarian, although this one includes bacon, because most frittatas are made without meat.)
This is my recipe for making yummy french toast for my family. Don't forget to use butter in the pan so the bread doesn't stick. I usually put the stove to med heat or a little hotter like I would to make pancakes.
