Delicious as a dessert and breakfast, it has the right amount of good carbs, protein and fat.
Perfect for a sweet start of the day. Add some protein (like scrambled eggs whites with vegetables), to make it more complete. Its low in calories and delicious! You can serve it hot or cold.
This recipe uses sprouted grain bread and low fat cheese could lower the calories but I didn't have any on hand.
Quick base for a hot breakfast. When I have extra pieces of left overs I add example: turkey pastrami or a slice of cheese or garlic toast (or all three) emphases on just a smidgen to get the flavor without pilling on huge amounts of extra calories
