I got the basic recipe from a vegetarian book my friend got me for Christmas and then switched out some of the white flour for oats and whole wheat flour. My son loves pancakes, so this will be great to have on hand. Just add 2 cups of liquid like milk or juice and 2 eggs. (not included in the nutrition)
