I found a version of these cookies on a recipe site. I changed & added a few ingredients to make them a bit more healthy. They have a very soft moist texture. My kids love them & I don't feel guilty letting them have seconds.
Not low calorie but GOOD! You could replace the sugars with Splenda and use a reduced calorie margarine to lower the calories.
