This mouth-watering version is similar to 'Biscotti'! The only difference being that this is a little more chewy & thicker. To make the dough more pliable, it can rest in the 'frige for half an hr or longer.
Here's a modified sinful desert that can be enjoyed as a treat or on a special occasion. You could probably lower the fat more with fat free cream cheese and butter alternatives, but it hasn't worked well for me.
