Low cal ice cream. Add berries, or change protein powder flavour. So easy to make and absolutely delicious!!
Fruit salad for people who don't normally like fruit salad. I made this for my husband and he LOVED it and he does not typically like fruit salad!
This is a very quick and easy bread pudding. It calls for raisins but I have made it with sliced bananas too. The calories count would be different than the original recipe but it was really good and different. You can use different types of bread but again you would have to re-calculate calories. Good for dessert or even breakfast served warm!
This is hands down the best carrot cake ever! The orginal recipe is from Tammy Elliott on allrecipes.com...It has been tweeked by me and hundreds of others. I tweeked down the fat/calories so I could enjoy it more than 1 time per year.
This is the icing I use on special occasions like Easter. I made this recipe separate from the carrot cake one so you can decide if you want to make it with or without the icing.
So I had already made these and didn't have time to make something sweet. I can't handle any diet that doesn't let me have something sweet now and then.

Moist and delicious, this recipe uses only two ingredients. For a lighter flavor, use white or yellow cake mix and add cinnamon and nutmeg to desired taste.
I was bored and needed to bake! So I tried to health-a-size this recipe by replacing the sour cream with So Delicious Coconut Milk Beverage. I probably should have added more baking time because it fell apart when I took it out. I always forget how exact you need to be with your substitutions in baking...a night in the fridge firmed it up nicely though!
Makes about 5 cups - Used as filling in between cake layers. It's a Birthday thing, not a diet thing...
This recipe is for anyone who loves Lemon Meringue pie, but doesn't like all the work. This takes less than 5 minutes to make and tastes great.
