This is a tea that my mom used to make us when we would get sick. It is definitely my favorite winter drink and always makes me feel 100% when I'm a little under that weather.
This is a great snack. Add protein powder for a boost of protein. Good source of fiber.

If you love sweets, and need a fix, this is the smoothie for you. Tastes JUST like a slice of strawberry cheesecake. I like to use all frozen fruit so it is more ice cream-like. Add a little agave or your favorite sweetner if your fruit isn't very sweet. I love it for breakfast because it is full of protein, and at 290 calories, it is a low-cal and filling breakfast choice.
Delicious breakfast smoothie. My family calls it the sunshine smoothie because it is, well, like sunshine in a glass! I like the strawberries and banana frozen, but you could also use fresh and add ice. I also sometimes omit the strawberries and add extra banana. If I don't have any OJ mixed up, I take a small scoop of the frozen concentrate...this actually gives it a more of an "Orange Julius" flavor. Hope you enjoy.
