Drink Recipes (Most Popular)
Our family has been trying to incorporate more fruits and vegetables into our diet. We've been reading a lot about raw food diets. We like meat too much to give that up (especially baked chicken) so we have started by adding one green smoothie to our diet each day. This is the first green smoothie we tried and enjoyed. As we get used to the different greens that most people put in their green smoothies (kale, collards, spinach, etc.), we will increase the amount of greens vs. fruit. Enjoy!
This is a great breakfast or snack idea. I find that the days I consume less veggies/fruits I whip up one of these and it gets me back on track!

This complete fruit smoothie is a great way for my kids to get in a few serving of fruit and they love the way the it tastes! I use the mixed frozen berries but any variety opf frozen fruit works. We also use a frozen mix of mango, peaches, strawberries and pineanpple (then I don't use the canned pineapple)
I had one of these in Vegas and just had to look up how to make them when I got home. I like it with blueberry vodka but it optional

A delicious protein shake that tastes like store bought, but stays 100% raw! No refined sugars or soy protein included.
This is our staple recipe for one of our favorite family raw smoothies. There are 5 of us, our youngest just 11 months, and EVERYONE drinks this smoothie and loves it. I find they ask for more. It tastes sweet, but is packed with the awesome benefits of kale, spinach and carrots, and you can add protein powder to up the protein levels.
