This hearty and simple salad is a perfect way to use whole fennel. It's an ideal accompaniment to a light summer soup like gazpacho, or to simple grilled chicken.
Here's a colorful, crunchy tuna salad that is great as a sandwich, or served on a bed of greens. I like to eat mine wrapped in romaine lettuce leaves, or on top of toasted corn tortillas with a dash of parmesan cheese. Filling, protein-rich, and frugal!
Using leftover meat, rice and beans from my enchilada recipe, this is a high protein filling soup with few calories!

By combining super lean ground beef, ground turkey and TVP, I was able to come up with a supper that had a full meal of calories and protein to keep me going and fill me up. Add the brown rice and black beans to the side and I have a nice plate of Mexican food!

This is "highly modified" Jambalaya because it doesn't have the prawns, this calls for smoked turkey sausage instead of chorizo, and has quinoa in place of some of the rice. This is very filling and spicy.
This soup is my go to soup when I have a cold. With each bite I feel a little better.
If you make this curry you'll have concord a recipe with more ingredients than know to mankind...just kidding. But everything in this needs to be included and the balance of flavors is amazing.
