Sauté chopped leek medium fire.
Add cauliflower, chicken broth and beans and cook until tender appx.30 min.
Blend everything, add cheese and cook 5-10 min more.
Served with bread or garlic bread
My husband loves biscuits & gravy. I'm always looking for low calorie, clean alternatives to our favorite foods. This came from a cauliflower alfredo sauce recipe that I modified. The addition of the nutritional yeast gave it a rich flavor that tasted just like gravy to us. So I added pork and some sausage seasonings and poof! Clean gravy.
