Cut squash in half, remove seeds, and coat lightly with EVOO. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes until it starts to soften In a pan cook ground beef, add peppers and onions and brown. Add marinara. Remove squash and fill with marinara mixture and continue cooking for 30 minutes in oven. Remove and add Parmesan on top
