I did eliminate the pesto included in the recipe in the book because I don't like it but I'm sure that you could add some in if you wanted!

I made this recipe to use up the last of a bumper crop of summer tomatoes. You can substitute canned tomatoes. Makes about 24 one cup servings. This recipe freezes well.
