I found the original recipe in a Taste of Home magazine. I altered it just a bit to suit what I had at home.
I had looked online to find recipes for my new pot and found a lady who had one. I used most of the same ingredients, but used Classico's sauce, changed the cream to evaporated skim milk and used a different noodle. It smelled amazing cooking and the nibble I tasted says dinner is going to be good tonight!
This is made with Morning Stars Meal Starters and two of Classico's pasta sauces. I added mushrooms and onions and that's it. Serve it with your favorite pasta, stuffed or not and a veggie.
